Mo’s passion for health began at age 12 when his father was hospitalized with high blood pressure and diabetes. That experience, along with seeing many loved ones face similar issues, inspired him to pursue a healthier path—and help others do the same.
He earned a degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, building a 24-year career in personal training and 18 years in physical therapy. In 2018, he founded Lift Recovery Training to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness, offering a holistic, client-centered approach.

I’m here to offer hands-on, customized support for professionals, executives, doctors, and active older adults who value privacy, convenience, and real results—without the clinical feel.
My goal is to expand LIFT Recovery Training into an empire by offering remote programs, streamlining systems, and connecting with more clients through intentional marketing—all while keeping quality and relationships at the heart of everything.
I believe in caring for more than just the body. That’s why I integrate lifestyle coaching, mentorship, and—if desired—faith-based guidance to support my clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
